I HAVE BECOME MUCH more interested in web design and multimedia development in the last few years. Here are some examples of my work:
WOMBATT
Our current website: http://wombatt.com. (I hope to design a new shockwave version of the site for the release of our upcoming album, Eldritch Environs.)
I did the layout and design for Wombatt's albums. All the drawings and photos were done by my partner, Czar, though I do lots of image-adjusting!
For Eldritch Environs:
CD front cover (48k)
CD back cover (44k)
For Basement Metal
CD front cover (56k)
CD back cover (80k)
SONICT ENSEMBLE
Website and Logo for Sonict Ensemble, a new music ensemble I started at UWW with colleagues, Matt Sintchak and Tobie Wilkinson: http://facstaff.uww.edu/herriotj/sonict
I designed the site using Director because it was a fun change of pace, and in many respects much easier than standard HTML.
THE GRADUATE QUILL
During 1999-2000, I designed logos for The Graduate Quill, a graduate student newspaper at the University at Buffalo, based on the monthly theme. I also acted as the associate editor for the arts section of the paper and wrote a monthly column.
Zipper (96k)
The editorial board eats cheesecake (68k)
Krispy Kreme opens in Buffalo! (272k)
Of course, I also designed this site!
